Our owner, Stephanie Burton, brings over 25 years of legal experience as a paralegal, with a focus on real estate. Her close collaboration with attorneys in both commercial and residential transactions has equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and experience. With close collaboration, she has successfully managed to close billion-dollar deals with an abundance of organization and pristine attention to details. Her expertise spans from abstracting, title examinations, title insurance, drafting commercial contracts, asset purchase agreements, commercial leasing, site-tower leasing, to handling condemnations for state agencies, curative title work, real estate litigation, closings and development in both residential and commercial sectors.
Stephanie launched River Region Title Services in 2018 as an independent title search company to assist one of her trusted title insurance companies. Within a year it became clear that there was a significant demand for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and reliable closing agent who could keep pace with the trend in technology. Moving away from the traditional closings, River Region Title Services offers our customers flexibility and convenience.
